In continuation of our earlier disclosure submitted on October 26 2020 we further intimate that the procedure for cancellation of the "Agreement to Sell" between Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd. (the Company) and M/s. Shiwalaya Associates Vadodara (the buyer) for its fixed assets comprising of Land and Building situated at Survey no.49 CTS No. 792(pt) of village Atladra Taluka Vadodara District - Gujarat - 390012 has been completed and the said Agreement to Sell stands cancelled.
