Company Profile

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited (ARIL) is a flagship company of Ajmera Group and was incorporated in 1985 as RVS Steels & Allied Industries Ltd. and the name of the Company was changed to Shree Precoated Steels Ltd. in 1985. Shri C S Ajmera and associates took over the company in 1986. The company went public in 1992 and the name was changed to Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd in 2008. Ajmera Group is recognized as one of India's leading Real Estate Company. The Ajmera Group was amongst the first to introduce the concept of an integrated township long before it became a common parlance for the industry.  The company now has a strong presence in and around Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot and Bangalore as well as an international project in Bahrain. Ajmera Realty & Infra is engaged in construction of Ajmera Gate Tower at Manama in Bahrain, through its subsidiary - Ajmera Mayfair Global Realty, in which company holds 60% stake.

Ajmera Biofuel Ltd ( Subsidiary of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd) which forayed into Solar Power Project at Osiyan in the Jodhpur district of Rajasthana couple of years ago has been producing and providing power ever since its inception.

Business area

The company is primarily engaged in real estate development. Its real estate business caters to the mid and hi-end housing segments. It also operates in the hospitality and entertainment, which includes dome theatres, retail and malls, etc.
