Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is a celebration of India’s industrial achievements. It is established in 1964. It is one of India’s largest engineering and manufacturing enterprises in the energy and infrastructure sectors and a leading power equipment manufacturer globally.

All the entities of the company are accredited to ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management Systems, with major manufacturing units also accredited to Environmental Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, OHSAS 18001:2007.

Audited Financial Results (Standalone And Consolidated) For The Quarter & Year Ended 31St March 2022 And Declaration Of Final Dividend For FY 2021-22<BR>
Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is informed that:

1. Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of BHEL for the quarter & year ended 31st March 2022 have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 21st May 2022. A copy of the said results alongwith the Audit Reports are enclosed herewith.
2.The Board has recommended Final Dividend @ 20% (Rs.0.40 per share) on the paid up share capital of the Company for FY 2021-22. Final Dividend if declared by the company in the Annual General Meeting shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.

BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/05/2022 inter alia to consider and approve Please refer to our communication dated 13.05.2022 regarding meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on Saturday 21st May 2022 interalia to approve the Audited Financial Results of BHEL for the quarter & year ended 31st March 2022. In this respect and pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is informed that recommendation of Final dividend if any for the Financial Year 2021-22 will also be considered by the Board in the aforesaid meeting.
