Board Meeting Outcome for Withdrawal Of Contribution Of The Company From Camper Metaplast LLP (Registration No.AAY-8556) And Thereby Resignation Of Mr. Chandraprakash Chopra As An Authorised Representative Of The Company As Designated Partner Of Camper Metaplast LLP Scrip Code: 524440Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations) we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 6 2023 has decided to withdraw contribution of the Company from M/s. Camper Metaplast LLP (Registration No.AAY-8556) and thereby resignation of Mr. Chandraprakash Chopra as an Authorised Representative of the Company as Designated Partner from the said LLP w.e.f February 6 2023. Accordingly Company is ceased to be a partner in Camper Metaplast LLP w.e.f. February 6 2023. |
