Company Profile
Danube Industries was previously known as ‘Dwekam Industries Limited' and was incorporated on October 4,1980 as a Private Limited Company under name as ‘Chhatisgarh Paper Mills Private Limited' under the Companies Act 1956 later it was converted to Public Limited Company on September 27, 1984 vide a special resolution passed in the extra-ordinary general meeting held on September 10, 1984 and then after company had by passing special resolution on January31, 1995 changed the name of the company to ‘Dwekam Industries Limited'. In 2017 company passed the Special resolution in its AGM held on September 29, 2017 by the share holders of the company for the change of name from ‘Dwekam Industries Limited' to ‘Danube Industries Limited'. At present registered office of the company is situated at Madhupura, Ahmedabad ,Gujarat.
