Closure of Trading Window Dear Sir / Madam In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time(" PIT Regulations") the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons/Connected Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the PIT Regulations from January 1 2023 till the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours after the audited financial statements of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31 2022 (" Financial Statements") become generally available information.
