On basis of above you are required to clarify following - 1. Affirmation that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. 2. Disclosure pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019. 3.
