Company Profile

Established in 1994, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd is the real estate and infrastructure development business of Mahindra Group, and a pioneer of sustainable urbanisation in India. The company is committed to transforming India’s urban landscape through its residential developments under the ‘Mahindra Lifespaces’ and ‘Mahindra Happinest’ brands; and through its integrated cities and industrial clusters under the ‘Mahindra World City’ and ‘Origins by Mahindra World City’ brands.

A pioneer of the green homes movement, Mahindra Lifespaces is one of the first real estate companies in India to have committed to the global Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The Company’s developments are characterised by thoughtful design and a welcoming environment that enhance overall quality of life for both individuals and industries.

Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate
The Shareholders of the Company at the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25th July 2017 had approved appointment of Mr. Bharat Shah as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from 1st August 2016 upto 31st July 2021.

Mr Bharat Shah has expressed his desire to retire at the end of his tenure on 31st July 2021 from the position of an Independent Director of the Company.

Accordingly Mr. Bharat Shah will cease to be an Independent Director of the Company effective 31st July 2021.
