Maxheights has consolidated its resources over last few years and now is ready for next stage of growth as they say in business life cycle. It owns a substantial chunk of land parcels i.e. 16.5 acre of prime land in Delhi & NCR that runs in hundreds of crore whose market value is not reflected in the books. It is looking to acquire more after completion of its premium housing project Aravali One.

The company at Maxheights are a group of young, enthusiastic, focused and highly motivated professionals having handful experience in the field of engineering, architecture, construction, marketing, finance and other management discipline. Working under the experienced hands of its directors who have been involved in the real estate business for the past three decades, it provide fresh concepts to suit the need of customers.   • 1981: The company was formed to carry on the development in residential real estate sector.
  • 1990: The company had constructed several affordable high quality residential houses for mid-income group.
  • 2000: The company launched business mall projects in North West Delhi.
  • 2007: The company launched iconic high quality yet affordable apartments, Maxheights, In Kundli.
  • 2010: The company launched Metro View, an integrated small township apartments in Kundli.
  • 2013: The company launched My Floors, Phase-2 of Metroview Township.
  • 2014: The company launch of Super Luxury apartments, Aravali One, in Suraj Kund.
