Navkar Builders (NBL) was originally incorporated as Navkar Builders Private Limited on June 2, 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, as a private limited company. Subsequently the company was converted into a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on April 21, 1995. Navkar Fiscal Services Pvt Ltd is the promoter of the company. NBL was incorporated with the object of construction and real estate business. The company has diversified into Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plants and the company has set up its first plant at Ambapur, district -Gandhinagar. |
