Intimation Of Calendar Of Events For Postal Ballot Process This is to inform the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 06th day of March 2023 decided to seek the consent of the Members of the Company by way of special resolution through the Postal Ballot process to Capitalize Reserves of the Company and to issue Bonus Equity Shares.The Board of Directors have also appointed Mr. Upender Reddy Partner of M/s.
