Closure of Trading Window Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Company from 1st April 2024 and the trading window shall open after 48 hours of the announcement of the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024. The date of board meeting to consider and approve financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course. |

Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby wish to inform you that the Government of Telangana Drugs Control and Administration has granted Drug License under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 to our Subsidiary Company i.e. M/s. Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited to sell stock or exhibit or offer for sale or distribute by wholesale and retail drugs other than those specified in Schedule C (C) and X of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules 1945 on the premises situated at Plot No. 34/GF/FF/SF Nihar House First Floor Ravi Colony Ganesh Nagar West Marredpally Secunderabad Hyderabad-500026 Marredpally(V) Marredpally(M) Hyderabad(Dist.) Telangana India. The License number being TS/HYD/2024-115738.The required information in compliance with SEBI Circular ref.
