Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Director Pursuant to provisions of regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI(LODR)Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Sanjay Kapoor (DIN:01973450) has tendered his resignation as an Independent director of the Company w.e.f April 9 2024 as he would like to spend additional time on his personal business ventures/investments advisories and on account of his invovlement as a director on the board of some other companies he would be unable to devote the necessary time as required by his position as Independent director to the Company and in turn meet the expectation that comes along with such position.
