Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today appointed Mr. Rajan Gupta as Additional Director and the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 05 years effective from April 04 2023 on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. Mr. Rajan Gupta is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of the SEBI or any other such authority. |
