Company Profile
Petronet LNG is involved in the business of import and regasification of LNG and supply to BPCL, GAIL, IOCL and others. Petronet LNG is at the forefront of India’s all-out national drive to ensure the country’s energy security in the years to come. Formed as a Joint Venture Company by the Government of India to import LNG and set up LNG terminals in the country, it involves India’s leading oil and natural gas industry players.

In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Company has received an email dated 21st March 2023 from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) which communicated the following:1. Withdrawal of nomination of Shri V R K Gupta (DIN: 08188547) as Director on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited. Thus he has ceased to be Director of the Company w.e.f. 21st March 2023.2. Nomination of Shri G. Krishnakumar (DIN: 09375274) Chairman & Managing Director BPCL as a Nominee Director of BPCL on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited w.e.f. 21st March 2023 in place of Shri V R K Gupta (DIN: 08188547).The details of Shri G. Krishnakumar (DIN:09375274) shall be intimated after his appointment on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited in accordance with the Companies Act 2013.
