Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on February 01, 2018. Pursuant to a resolution of Shareholders passed on February 03, 2018, the name of the Company was changed to Rajnish Wellness Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on February 09, 2018. | ||
