R&B Denims was commissioned in the year 2012, with an aim which has always been simple; create the best, serve the best. Right from the time of its inception, this very concept has been kept intact and has been well preserved. It is because of it and many other factors that the company has achieved all of its successes and created for itself a prime position amongst others. In its very 1st year of existence, the brand has achieved nationwide recognition and a space and image of its own. R&B Denims is being promoted by the RawatKhedia and the Borana groups two of the most influential textile houses in the polyester hub in Surat. RawatKhedia group is currently under the leadership of Mr. Anand Dalmia, whereas the Borana group is being headed by Mr. Mangilal Borana. Both of these companies have a long lineage of more than 30 years each, in the textile industry, and are very well known in their areas of expertise. The RawatKhedia and the Borana groups are regarded amongst the most renowned textile houses in the city of Surat. It is the collaboration amongst these two groups which has resulted in the birth of ‘R & B Denims’. Both of these firms have an experience of more than 30 years in the industry, giving ‘R & B Denims’ a long lineage of history, to back itself up. Business area of the company: The company is the largest vertically integrated textile manufacturers in world with over 30 million meters capacity of denim. One of the few denim manufacturers capable of produce high width denim up to 76 inches. The company offer large volumes of denim in similar colours as well as small lots in differentiated colours. Products: The company’s products include open end/ ring spun yarns, slub yarns, multi count, cottons and polyester spandex. They come as Indigo dyed, Sulphur Dyed, Indigo bottom Sulphur toppings and Sulphur bottom and Indigo toppings, with both foam and wet finishes. These are the main products manufactured under the umbrella of ‘R & B Denims’, along with others fancy yarn play in weft patterns in different weave designs. All of these are in various chemical and mechanical finishes. The company offer large volumes of denim in similar colors as well as small lots in differentiated colors. The fabric finishing facility includes almost every type of possible finishes on denims e.g. wet chemical application, foam application, over-dyeing, coating, resin application and the list is growing. |
