Lt. failed to pay the EMD in respect of the E-Auction of the company the Liquidator has cancelled the E-Auction. Ltd. and M/s Bharat Agro Biotech Ltd.) has failed to make payment of the balance consideration in respect of the e-auction held on August 31 2023 for sale of the Company as a going concern the Liquidator has cancelled the Letter of Intent and that the e-auction shall be considered as unsuccessful w.e.f.
