Closure of Trading Window In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and with reference to the Companys Code of conduct for regulation Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Insiders the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for designated employees specified persons connected persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from 1st April 2024 till 48 hours from the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter of financial year 2023-24 ended on 31st March 2024.Further we state that the trading of the securities of the Company is suspended by BSE due to procedural reasons vide notice No. 20221216-24 dated 16th December 2022. |
