The shifting of Registered Office of the Company from 301 Corporate House Opp. Torrent House Income Tax Ahmedabad - 380 009 to 18 Corporate House Opp. Dinesh Hall Navrangupra Ahmedabad - 380009 within local limits of the city due to administrative convenience.2. Decided to make an investment in form of CAPEX for approx.
