Certificate Regarding Payment Of Interest And Principal In Respect Of Non-Convertible Debentures- INE559N07041 With reference to the captioned subject we hereby confirm and certify under Regulation 57(1) of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that the Company has made timely payment of interest and principal amount in respect of the 250 (Two Hundred Fifty) Secured Rated Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible debentures in aggregate each having a face value of INR 10 00 000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) aggregating to INR 25 00 00 000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Crores) (NCD) issued on private placement basis through Addendum dated 3rd December 2020 to the shelf disclosure document dated 30th July 2020. |

Closure of Trading Window This is to inform that pursuant to the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain Closed from 1st January 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2022. Accordingly all designated persons including promoters directors key managerial personnel designated employees and other connected persons of the Company shall not involve in any transaction for dealing/ trading in the securities of the Company during the period when Trading Window is closed. |
