Submission Of Exit Letter Of Offer For Delisting Offer Of TCI Developers Limited ('Company') With regards to the Delisting Proposal Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited is acting as the Manager to the Offer pursuant to and in accordance with Regulation 9 of the Delisting Regulations.In this regard this is to inform you that the confirmation is received from the Acquirer Promoter that it has completed the dispatch of Exit Letter of Offer to all the public shareholders in terms of the SEBI Delisting Regulations 2021 through e-mail where e-mail IDs are registered with the Company/RTA and through Speed/Registered post to those shareholders where e-mail IDs are not registered with the Company/RTA on 15th November 2022.
