Board to consider FY22 results & Dividend on May 26 2022 Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26 2022 inter alia to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company both on standalone and consolidated basis for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2022 and to recommend payment of equity dividend for the financial year 2021-22 if any. Further the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company which is currently closed in pursuance of Companys Insider Trading Code shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2022. |
