Closure of Trading Window Pursuant to the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in securities of Anant Raj Limited (the Company) shall remain closed from Saturday April 1 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results/Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ending on March 31 2023.The date of the Board meeting for declaration of such Audited Financial Results/Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31 2023 will be intimated to the concerned stock exchanges in due course. During this period of closure of trading window all Designated persons including insiders and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company. |

Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations 2015) we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. March 17 2023 approved the allotment of 2 000 (Two Thousand) Debentures of face value of INR 10 00 000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) aggregating to INR. 200 00 00 000/- (Indian Rupees Two Hundred Crores Only) in first tranche on private placement basis to India Real Estate II Scheme III of Apollo Global Management. |
