This is with reference to our intimation dated December 14 2022 and April 27 2023 we would like to inform you that International Asset Reconstruction Company Private Limited (IARC) Financial Creditor of the Company has filed application for withdrawal of its petition filed under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC) before the National Company Law Tribunal - Mumbai Bench (NCLT Mumbai). Further IARC has also withdrawn all the complaints made to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) against the Company.
