Outcome Of The Board Meeting Held On February 09 2024 - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015
Pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we attach the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2023 along with Independent Auditors Review Report thereon. The said Financial Results were duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit & Compliance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held today i.e. February 9 2024.Pursuant to Regulation 32 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we hereby confirm that there is no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from the objects stated in the explanatory statement to the notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting (dated July 21 2022) for issue of warrants on preferential issue basis.

HUBTOWN LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the Provisions of Regulation 29(1) (a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday February 09 2024 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2023. Further in continuation to our earlier intimation dated December 26 2023 and in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s)" the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders had already been closed with effect from January 1 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2023.
