Extension of date of Annual General Meeting
Jay Mahesh Infraventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has made an application to Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, Telangana for extension of date of conducting Annual General Meeting of the Company for a period of 3 Months from the due date i.e. September 30, 2015, as Company fails to conduct the Annual General Meeting due to some unavoidable reasons.

In the aforesaid matter, Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, Telangana, accepted the Companys application and has issued a Order dated September 30, 2015, granting to the Company the extension of AGM for the period of 3 Months from the due date.
