Modis Navnirman Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/11/2023 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the intimation dated October 27 2023 regarding Board Meeting to be held on Saturday November 4th 2023 we hereby intimate the Stock Exchange as per the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015 that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is postponed on Wednesday November 8th 2023 to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30 2023.
