On the basis of the Un-audited Financials for the 02nd quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2022 as approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 14th November 2022 we wish to inform that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is not applicable on Ramsons Projects Limited since the threshold limits does not exceed the limits permitted under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
