The Extra-ordinary general meeting ("EGM") of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 19th December 2023 at 3.00 PM (IST) through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Company has engaged Central Depository Services (India) Limited ("CDSL") for providing E-voting services and VC/OAVM facility for this EGM.The Notice of the EGM and the EGM Schedule is attached herewith.

Correction In The Financial Results Filed For The Quarter And Half Year Ended 30Th September 2023
With reference to the above we would like to inform that in the Statement of unaudited Financial results filed for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023 the figures of Occupancy % and Average Room Rent (ARR) for the half year ended 30.09.2023 was inadvertently published with the same figures as that of half year ended 30.09.2022.We hereby attached the corrected figures for the half year ended 30.09.2023.There are no other corrections to the Standalone Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023 filed with the Stock exchanges on 08th November 2023.
