Due to some unavoidable circumstances the Board Of Directors have decided to postponed and adjourned the meeting for considerations and Approval of Un - Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended on December 31, 2015to next Board Meeting to be held on February 22, 2016 at 3 P.M. at Registered office of the company.
