We currently provide integrated In-App subscription payments through Google Play Store on Android and iTunes App Store on Apple devices. This way you make the payment via the Store directly. To subscribe a plan, click on the subscribe button and the respective Store's payment screens will get activated.

Both the stores provide option to use selected Credit Card and Debit Card as the most commonly used method of payment. In few regions, Carrier Billing is also supported. For example: in India, on Google Play, you can pay the subscription fee as part of the billing of your Vodafone or Airtel connection.

The In App Subscriptions are in Auto Renewal Mode. This means that Google / Apple will auto charge you anytime not more than 48 hours before the expiry of the current plan period. In case you do not want to auto renew, you need to cancel the subscription on your Store Account before the auto renewal happens.

The entire subscription process becomes seamless as you do not need to pay at the end of every period and we do not need to follow you up. You retain the right to cancel auto renewal before the store charges you.

You can cancel your plan anytime from the Play Store / App Store. Cancellation of your subscription only means that the plan will not get auto-renewed in future. Any amount once paid is non-refundable. Accordingly, even after cancellation, you will continue to receive the benefits of the plan up to the date of expiry of your current plan.

We are not offering any Trial Purchases.

In case you have paid and still do not see the benefits in the plan, you can try restarting the App and then clicking on the Restore Purchases link in the Plans page. In case, this does not work you can send us an email at support@stockedge.com. Forward us the payment confirmation received on your email from Google Play Store / App Store along with your query.

Since subscription purchases requires auto-renewal at the end of the period, Google / Apple need to charge your account automatically at the end of the period. Banks in some regions including India do not permit this on Net Banking Accounts. Hence your Net Banking Account may show ineligible. You may try using a credit card.

To see if you have any active plans purchased from the Store, you can click on My Plans section under Plans page.

Since the plans are purchased through Store, you can restore the plans on your new device provided you use the same Google ID to login to your Play Store or same Apple ID to login to your iTunes Account.
