Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Public Announcement-Delisting Dear Sir/Madam In continuation to our Corporate Announcement dated October 30 2021 & November 30 2021 in which we have informed you about the Delisting of Equity Shares of the company in accordance with resolution plan approved by Honble bench of NCLT Chandigarh bench dated December 15 2020 under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. The Approved Plan inter alia provides for delisting of the equity shares of the Company from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
