Appointment of Mr. Viral Doshi (DIN 10419947) as an Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2024 for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from 1 April 2024, subject to the approval of Shareholders2. Appointment of Mr. Hemal Shah (DIN 10423683) as an Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2024 for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from 1 April 2024, subject to the approval of Shareholders3.
