| About Giriraj Civil Developers Ltd. | ||
| The company is civil works contracting and engineering company. The company's current concentration is on the Railway sector projects, where they undertake a wide scope of work which includes construction of foot over bridges, platform extensions; sick line sheds, stabling lines etc. However, they have not limited themselves to the railways and also venture into other infrastructural projects for government / semi-government bodies like MCGM and MRVC and for various private players. Most of their projects undertaken are in the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat. The company has successfully completed several projects since inception in 2005 and currently has 21 ongoing projects. The company is also engaged in trading activities, wherein they trade construction materials, mainly steel and cement. | ||

Updates Giriraj Civil Developers Limited has informed the Exchange that on account of inter-se transfer the shareholding of Mr. Arvind Shah was reduced to nil and, upon a request letter (enclosed) received from him, a reclassification application (enclosed) was also filed with the Exchange to reclassify his name from Promoter to Public Category. The reclassification application is still under process. However, inadvertently and with no malafide intention his name was excluded from Promoter Category in the shareholding pattern filed for previous quarters on the pretext that he is holding nil shareholding and a reclassification application has already been filed with the Exchange. We have been advised by the Exchange (enclosed) to revise the shareholding patterns and include his name in the promoter category until the reclassification application is approved. We have accordingly revised the shareholding patterns for the previous quarters and now following up with the Exchange to get approval on reclassification application. |
