1)To consider and approve the unaudited financial results and Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022.2)In supersession of the resolution passed at the Board Meeting held on 22nd November 2022 and 6th December 2022 with respect to appointment of Mr. Vipul Desai and Mr. Siddhartha Kumar Doshi respectively and pursuant to the provision of Section 161(1) of the Companies Act 2013 the directors would hold office upto the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting and the other terms of appointment approved at the concerned meetings will remain unchanged.3)Approval for appointing Ms. Ragini Chokshi & Co.
