Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone And Consolidated) For The Quarter And Nine Months Ended 31.12.2022 Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday February 07 2023 inter alia considered and unanimously approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon and the same are enclosed herewith in terms of the Regulation 33 and 52 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 02:00 p.m. on February 07 2023 and concluded at 04:00 p.m. |
