Victory Projects (VICTORY), incorporated in 1991, is a multi-divisional company with diversified activities in construction and information technology. Having worked seamlessly on off-shore software development projects in the US, the company is keen to establish itself in the Indian market on account of the fact that the Indian market offers enough room to innovate and make value for its shareholders. In 2009 the company name has been changed from Victory Projects to TeleCanor Global. After having looked around and scrutinizing a lot of business opportunities in India, TeleCanor has now decided to focus on the Mobile Value Added Services along with Payment Gateway business. The company is managed by very talented and motivated pool of Professionals with diversified business experiences. The company markets the software-based TeleCanor, which runs on vendor-supplied telephone or PC interface enabling VoiceXML compatibility, text-to-speech, and speech recognition. It is now engaged on a standalone embedded complete solution for this product in collaboration with Syscom Wireless Technologies Inc., US. TeleCanor has gained acceptability over time and is now the public voice interface of some leading public and private enterprises like Coal Mines Provident Fund, South Central Railway, AP Road Transport Corporation and Police Welfare Society among others. The prototype for the software based PBXBot, which again runs on vendor-supplied telephone or PC interface has been developed to be marketed globally along with TeleCanor. Enterprise solutions help organizations implement and integrate the leading ERP packages including SAP, Oracle and JD Edwards. In the machine vision arena, Web Load Tester, a robust multi functional website testing tool has been developed by the company. The state-of-the-art computing facilities and creative human resources at Bangalore, India offer engineering and consultancy services; end-to-end technology and business solutions to the aerospace and defense industries; IT-enabled services including offshore and offsite infrastructure base to provide cost reduction; technical help desk services covering planning and design, implementation and integration, and operation of a helpdesk infrastructure; contact centre services including designing, implementing and operating multi-channel contact centers to support the CRM strategy customers; business process outsourcing services to providers of Insurance and financial services in the US, India and Australia including claims processing, invoicing, human resources and payroll, finance, procurement and customer support The registered office is located at G1, Parameshwara Apartments, 6-3-626, Anand Nagar, Khairatabad, Hyderabad-500004, Andhra Pradesh.
