| Worldwide Leather Exports Ltd was incorporated as a private limited company on June 26, 1990 in the name of Ashiana Buildtech (India) Pvt Ltd and was later on converted into a public limited company with effect from January 15, 1992. The name of the company was subsequently changed to Ashiana Intercontinental Ltd and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained from the Registrar of Companies West Bengal on January 28, 1992. The name of the company was once again changed to Worldwide Leather Exports Ltd with effect from August 30, 1993 to represent its nature of business by its name. The company has been promoted by Sarvashri Om Prakash Gupta Anil Kumar Agarwal Anil Agarwal and Raj Kumar Modi. | ||
