Board Meeting Outcome for Unaudited Standalone And Consolidated Financial Results Of The Company For The Quarter And Half Year Ended 30Th September 2023 This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 10th November 2023 has inter-alia: approved the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023 as recommended by the Audit Committee at its meeting held earlier in a day after limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.In terms of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing a copy of the said unaudited financial results along with a copy of Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
