INTIMATION OF CUT-OFF DATE FOR E-VOTING The Company shall provide its members the facility to exercise their votes electronically for transecting the items of business as per the details set out in the Notice of conveying the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company schedule on Friday 29th September 2023 which has been already sent on 06th September 2023 for the aforesaid purpose the Company has fixed Friday 22nd September 2023 as Cut-off date for purpose of Rule 20 (4) ( vii) of the Companies ( Management and Administration) Rules 2014 as amended to determine the entitlement of e-voting of members for e-voting. |
