Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting Held On 16Th APRIL 2024 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. April 16 2024 inter-alia has considered the following:1. The board has considered the proposal of Fund Raising through Issue of Shares /Share Warrants on the basis of preferential allotment in accordance with the provision of Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements Regulation 2018 and redirected the said proposal to the Management committee to reassess and consider the same in the forthcoming Board Meeting. |
