This is in continuation of our letter dated 3 November 2023 we wish to inform you that the duly authorised Committee of Directors of the Board of the Company has at its meeting held today has inter-alia considered and approved the terms and conditions for issue of upto 320 000 unlisted secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs. 100 000/- aggregating to Rs. 3200 Crores only.
