Dismissal Of Special Leave Petition By The Hon'Ble Supreme Court Of Indian This is with reference to the outcome of the Board Meeting under Dis Reg. 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 submitted with the Stock Exchange on 17.04.2024 in which we had stated that the Company had filed SLP sometime in the month of March 2024 vide diary no. 11017-2024 in the matter of GDR. The said SLP was listed before the Honble Supreme Court of India on 16.04.2024 and our counsels attending the appeal have informed us that the said SLP has been dismissed. We are now in receipt of the order passed by the Honble Supreme court which is attached herewith for your records. |
