About Rodium Realty Ltd.
The company was originally incorporated under the name of Vishal Cotspin Limited on May 17, 1993, under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, Bangalore and received the Certificate for Commencement of Business on May 24, 1993. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Rodium Realty Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai) on August 24, 2010. The promoters of the company are Mr. Deepak Chheda, Mr. Harish Nisar, Mr. Rohit Dedhia and Mr. Shailesh Shah.
