Board Meeting Outcome for For Unaudited Financial Result September 30 2023
In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of Unishire Urban Infra Limited (`the Company) for the half year ended September 30 2023 were approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. November 08 2023. The Board Meeting commenced at 4:00 P.M and concluded at 4:30 P.M. The aforesaid Financial Results in the prescribed format and Limited Review Report thereon received from the Auditors of the Company are attached herewith.

Unishire Urban Infra Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/11/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday November 08 2023 inter-alia to consider and take on record the following matter:1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Result along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30 2023.2. To consider and discuss any other matter with kind permission of the Chairman.
