Submission Of Correct Copy Of Financials Dear Sir/Madam We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its adjourned meeting held on 11th November 2023 has approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023.The Company had uploaded the pdf along with half yearly cash flow statement. The pdf uploaded by the Company erroneously states "for the year ended 30th September 2023" however the same is " for the half year ended 30th September 2023".There has been typo error by the Company.The Company is unable to upload the correct financials in "Outcome of Board Meeting" Tab so we are uploading the same here ie "General Announcement Tab". Submission Of Revised Quarterly Results For The Quarter Ended 30Th September 2023 Pursuant To Regulation 33 Of Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015. We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its adjourned meeting held on 11th November 2023 has approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023 and erroneously had attached the Cash Flow statement twice instead of statement of assets and liabilities.Hence the Company is hereby submitting the revised quarterly results with the Exchange.
