The company has business activities mainly in the manufacture of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) chips, benzyl octyl phthalate (BOP) films, formaldehyde and generation of wind energy. It was incorporated as a private limited company on October 24, 1983 and converted into a public limited company on July 03, 1987.
