Lancer Containers Lines was formed in 2011, acknowledging the Indian industry’s need for competitive and quality Logistic services to provide superior service through clear, concise two-way communication. The goal is to build relationships through their flexibility to meet their customer’s changing needs. The company therefore has to co-ordinate the activities of various participants viz., Exporter, Importer, Customs, Airlines, Surface Transportation etc., in the logistics chain to achieve its shipping objectives economically, efficiently and consistently. The intention was to show their valued clients, through their experience and knowledge of logistic solutions that the clients are working with the very best. The company’s intention is also to achieve what multinational forwarders cannot; to meet the critical success factors of customers.
