| Systematix Corporate Service was originally incorporated on August 21,1 985 in the name and style of ‘Systematix Consultancy Services Private Limited' under the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently, the name was changed to ‘Systematix Consultancy Services Limited' and received the Certificate of Change of Name from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh on July 20.1993. Later on, the name of the company was further changed to the present name, ‘Systematix Corporate Services Limited' and received the fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent on change of name from Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh on December 21, 1993. It is the one of the companies among the group of Systematix. This group was found by C P Khandelwal. The equity shares of the company are listed on the BSE. | ||
