| About Winsome Breweries Ltd. | ||
| Winsome Breweries was incorporated on June 18, 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. The certificate of commencement was obtained by the company on July 9, 1992. The time lag between the incorporation and the setting up of the project has been on account of the time required by the company to change the site from Himachal Pradesh to Rajasthan, acquisition of land, conversion of land and tie-up of collaboration arrangements. After entering into the collaboration agreement on May 7, 1993, the company has proceeded with implementation of its project. | ||
